Coordinate incidents, evacuation zones, shelters, responders and public alerts in one offline-ready platform, with an edge gateway API and softphone add-on.

Yes, for field work. It installs as an app on iOS, Android or a laptop, keeps an offline copy and queues edits until the device reconnects. Public alerts and file uploads are never queued, so they need a connection.
Alerts appear on the ResponseGrid public portal, which anyone can open without signing in. Nothing is sent to phones, sirens, TV, radio or road signs, and Alert Ready and 911/CAD are not connected.
It is a planned edge computer family, the E1 series, that collects data from drones, vehicles, sensors and cameras and forwards it to command. The physical hardware is in development. The cloud API for device health, telemetry and config is live and can be tested with a simulator.
The Vibe VoIP softphone is an optional add-on with its own subscription, from $19 a month in CAD or USD plus tax. It provides local US and Canadian numbers, calling, SMS, team chat and video in the browser. Read its 911 disclosure before relying on it for emergency calls.
